Building Human Clones
Clone is creating synthetic people — actual human clones.
It’s spent the past eight years researching and developing the technology to create a human-like robotic hand. Now its focus is on creating artificial muscles, soft tissue, molded bones, and fully synthetic body parts. The goal is to replicate an actual human.
Clone is backed by venture capital firms Pioneer Fund (a VC fund investing in top Y Combinator startups) and Tango.vc (a VC fund investing in seed-stage robotics companies). It’s received pre-orders for its clone hands and aims to go public in 2025.
