iBankers Direct, one of the platforms that we cover here at Crowdability, just announced a new investment opportunity.
An American-owned real estate company called Immobiliare Meneghina is offering an opportunity to invest in an historic lakefront villa on Lake Como, Italy.
This is what it looks like:
The property just underwent a 4-year renovation.
To pay off the debt, they’re now offering what they call “Luxury Travel Notes.”
These notes pay a 12% annual return.
But there’s a twist…

Of the 12% yield, 6% is paid in cash…
And 6% is in the form of a travel credit at the Lake Como resort.
And what a resort it is!
The 20,000 square foot estate was built in 1772. It’s one of only 7 villas with direct access to Lake Como, and it’s the only one that boasts a lakefront swimming pool.
Hmm, maybe I’d better hop over there to do some “due diligence” before I head back to New York City.
All I Got Was This Great Vacation – and Some Income
Seems like a great way to take a little vacation…
